Insights® Discovery System
The ability to work well together depends on an understanding of the differences in learning styles and personality types. We use the Insights Discovery System to help gain a comprehensive analysis of each team member's attributes.
This profile takes about 20 minutes to take online, is easily understood and relates specifically to work and home relationships. We emphasize the learning with a power-point presentation and experiential exercises that are fun and relevant. The related activities enable team members to put their new awareness into action.
