Team & Leadership Challenges
The team & leadership challenge course uses obstacles and world-class facilitation to create scenarios that are solvable more effectively by effective teamwork & leadership than by individual efforts. A progression is followed to allow the learnings to build on each other. This event increases understanding and the ability to use effective team dynamics and servant leadership.
Teamwork in the business world is not unlike the interconnections in a natural system. Each individual brings a set of experiences, personal styles, education, motivations and needs to the group. Businesses work best when individuals can bring their variances and commonalties together to form a new - more complete whole and to learn how to leverage their strengths. Learning how to increase effectiveness in your workplace is the focus of these activities.
