Conference Rooms and Audio Visual Equipment
Our four conference rooms allow organizations and educators the space to work together in a quiet, self-contained environment. Meeting rooms accommodate 15 to 150 people in a variety of configurations for either formal or casual sessions. Numerous break out areas are also available throughout the site. Each conference room has its own audio-visual equipment, telephone, restrooms, and views of the ponderosa pine and aspen groves outside. Coffee and hot water for tea are always available, and mid-morning and afternoon snack breaks include pastries, sweet breads, home made cookies or fresh fruit.
Prior to your arrival we will discuss your set-up needs so that the conference room is ready for your use the moment that you arrive. We gladly help with any last minute changes that you may have. There is no additional charge for your use of a conference room or break out spaces.
We have wireless Internet access throughout the main lodge and sportsplex conference room.
