Sawmill Business Scenario

Successful organizations need a goal, knowledge of their resources, ability to execute, developed systems to problem-solve, a channel to market and a plan for sustainability, if they are going to survive, or thrive, in today's multi-cultural business environment. Each of these will be enhanced during this role-playing event that uses an actual sawmill.
